Added a web address as "safe" but when i try to login the web, it does not has any response

I added skyviewtrading.com into the allowed list, but when i trying to login to the web (as i am one of the members), it has no response. Please assist. Thank you.

Does temporarily disabling protocol filtering in the advanced setup make a difference?
