But when i update Eset Internet Security I get error 4002 Screen Shot Attach. I am using Windows 10 64bit .and Eset Security Version 10.1.204.0. Bot Screen Shots attach. A firewall or something is preventing ESET from communicating over the Internet. Unfortunately advanced logging was not enabled. Please try to generate logs as per my instructions above again.
