Is there an option to to use Firewall interactive mode?

Is there an option to to use Firewall interactive mode and being asked for any other application except Microsoft ones ?

ex. I want to be asked for non Microsoft application like this one but for Microsoft Application rules to be according ESET or allowed

Currently rules require a full path to the file for which they are created. There's no other file property that could be used instead of the full path to identify the file.

You can run the Firewall on Learning Mode for a bit , few hours and then return it to Interactive , then ESET would have done automatically most of the rules it should do for safe programs like Microsoft's ones
