Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Run update to reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

Hello Marcos,

The proxy server has repeatedly closed the connection:

2959    44.664749    2022-12-27 02:35:31,477898    124.XXX.XXX.213    172.XX.XX.18    60    TCP    3128 → 64073 [RST, ACK] Seq=470 Ack=645 Win=0 Len=0

it appears that GET requests requiring authorization get blocked by the proxy. If authorization is not required, a response is received.

We've also noticed that the global proxy is not set. Instead, the proxy is used only for module updates but not for product updates from repositories.
