Daryl 0 Posted December 21, 2022 Share Posted December 21, 2022 I have a user who has received an email "Quarantined emails - ESET Cloud Office Security", and when clicking on the Release link for an email, gets the following error: Email couldn't be released The selected email couldn't be released because it was already released or deleted. I can release the email manually through the admin portal, but the email has not been released or deleted, so not sure why the error is coming up. Any ideas? Permissions related?
