PK1234 0
I was troubleshooting a Zoom issue when I clicked on My eSet Internet Security program and at the top in the green banner in large print it says 'You are Protected" with a checkmark but below that it has the statement "This product is not activated and your computer is not protected". So how can my PC be protected and not protected at the same time? Also, nothing happens when I click the "Activate" button (appears grayed out) on the Home screen nor does the "Change License" link on the Help and Support screen. My license is good until 2/24/2024. On my eSet home license page it says this "All your devices are protected, and protection is up to date. " Any help would be appreciated.
Administrators Marcos 5,294 Posted December 21, 2022 Administrators Share Posted December 21, 2022 Perhaps you have disabled the appropriate application statuses reporting not activated product? Please check it out.
