joe47 0 Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 My antivirus wouln't update and I got a notification that the datbase might be corrupted and to uninstall and reinstall. I have uninstalled but when I try to reinstall I get "Communication Error. Please check your network connection and try again. This comes when I am about 60% in the install. I've tried o install 4 times but get the same notification. I would be very grateful for some help please Link to post Share on other sites

Administrators Marcos 3,596 Posted October 24, 2014 Administrators Share Posted October 24, 2014 Another thing you could try: - uninstall ESET Antivirus - run ESET Uninstall tool (hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2289) to make sure that it was uninstalled completely - download and install the latest version 8 from ESET's website.
