where is the option for me to clean up detection?

how can i clean dection in new vision of eset,there have no option for me to clean the detection that have detected~

there have 10 detection that have found ,but it can't clean , where is the option like before can let me clean up the detecion?

Detections are cleaned automatically by default unless found in archives containing also other clean undetected files. In that case, the on-demand scanner pops up a prompt asking you to choose an action.
