xardas228 0
Hi Yesterday I started a computer scan using Eset online scanner, the scan probably ended at night, but in the morning when I turned on the monitor, the eset window was white without any text. I closed it from task manager. I know something has been deleted/moved to quarantine because I see a 3GB file from 3:38AM in the quarantine directory. After turning on the eset online scanner again and entering the quarantine, nothing is shown. Is it possible to somehow check the content of the NQF file? Or put him back into quarantine? Administrators Solution Marcos 4,838 Posted December 15, 2022 Administrators Solution Share Posted December 15, 2022 There should be also the corresponding NDF file in quarantine which contains metadata, such the path and name of the original file. Should there be a problem restoring it, you can install any ESET security product for home users, put the NDF and NQF files to user's or system quarantine folder and restore it via the program gui. xardas228
