Doesn't see computer in web console

An agent and an eset endpoint antivirus are installed on the computer, they have a working license and they are being updated, everything is fine, but at the same time they disappeared from the console. The only problem is that it is not visible in the console. What solutions can be?

Please start off with checking C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html  and trace.log on troublesome clients for possible connection errors.
