Green-orange-red frame in browser

Is it even removable completely? Why is it so hard to find and option to remove this disguisting feature. Everyone tells to click on "close" button every time or disabling browser security completely. It can't be the right option. How do I disable the frame once and for all without disabling internet security?

There's an option to hide the green frame in the advanced setup. The plan is not to display it at all if the user disables it.
