ddueker 0
Has anyone else encountered an issue with Performance Exclusions where you enter the path you want to exclude, but it doesn't always take? We have entered exclusions and some of them work, but some don't. When I export the exclusion list, I've noticed that some of them are actual paths, but some look like they are strings (see below). I can't find anything about this anywhere so I'm hoping someone else has seen this. "C:\program files\threatlocker\corefilelist.txt", "C:\program files\threatlocker\authorizationhosts.txt", C:\windows\system32\drivers\threatlockerdriver.sys, C:\PCBP\WBPS.exe, C:\PCBP\WBPR.exe, C:\PCBP\bpnetd.exe, C:\PCBP\agentconfig.exe, C:\PCBP\UTBlockAgent.exe, C:\Windows\System32\VSSvc.exe, C:\windows\winexesvc.exe, "C:\program files\threatlocker\md5cachev2.json", "C:\program files\threatlocker\networkaccesspolicies.txt", "C:\program files\threatlocker\storagepolicies.txt",
Administrators Marcos 5,286 Posted December 9, 2022 Administrators Share Posted December 9, 2022 Unfortunately it is not clear what problem with exclusions you mean. Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector for a check. Which of the exclusions don't work and how did you find out they didn't work? I also assumed you did not enter these files with quote marks? Edited December 9, 2022 by itman
