No Option to Add New Device during License Renewal

Currently I have a 1 license 1 device subscription. I bought a new device and I wanted to add it to my existing license during renewal. But I do not have the option to add a new device when I tried to renew my license. It only gave me 1 Year or 3 Years renewal options for 1 device only. I contacted support through "Contact Us" but no reply for several days already. What could I do? Buy a new subscription with 2 devices? Then what about my current subscription? Need some assistance. Thank you.

Please contact the license seller. Many of our distributors have their own e-store. Unfortunately you have posted as a guest so we have no clue what country you are from and therefore we can't provide you with phone or chat contacts.
