Can't remove ESET part of photo from my desktop

I deleted the ESET app but still this annoying part of a photo is still on my desk top and I can't right click and delete it.

If you took a screenshot / photo of ESET or whatever, the image file must be erasable unless being opened in a photo editor for instance providing that you have sufficient permissions.

If that's not the problem, provide a screenshot for illustration.
