Disabled on customer computers the message "Obsolete Product"

My park is not up to date, and we have this message (screenshot). We can not show this message in an ESET Protect setting to prevent our users with the update on their own.

A warning about EOL coming next year is currently being displayed in Endpoint. There is an internal discussion on that being held and we are reconsidering the way the EOL is reported, e.g. to not display it on machines that are managed by ESET PROTECT.

Hopefully ESET can disable these annoying 'year in advance' warnings that went out to everyone. Disable or give us the ability to disable. 3 months in advance would make sense, but not a year.

Yes, we have for example a user seeing this message has uninstalled the antivirus himself and reinstalled the latest version. He therefore found himself with a non-activated product and an undeclared management on our server.

 

As a result, we are in the process of migrating our fleet to version 10.x. Which isn't a bad thing.

Hello guys,

few moments ago we released a module update to pre-release update channel so far, which will adjust the EoL messages behavior and those will be reported in the management console only in the managed environments.
