ESET not in context menu on iMac

I am unable to get ESET integrated into my context menu on my mac. I have tried selecting it in Preferences, followed by logging off and back on. Also tried doing restarts rather than log offs. Tried deselecting, log off, and then reselecting and log off. Nothing I do will force ESET to integrate into the context menu. I have also done a complete uninstall and install of the software, nothing works.

Is this a known problem or could it be something to do with my system?

I am running Ventura 13.0.1 and Cyber Security Pro latest version.

Thanks in advance,

GP

I've got the exact same problem. I tried all the same steps as you mentioned. No solution there yet..

Running ventura 13.1 and Cyber Security Pro 6.11.404.0

Hope there will be a fix for this.

Regards, Arthur

Hi all,

Same problem with Eset Cyber Security (non Pro), even after uninstalling and reinstalling ECS after Ventura updrade from Catalina. I miss this feature I use several times a day. Please fix it very soon :-).

Hello,

the bug is being marked as to be fixed to the next version... (P_ECS6M-3138)

P.S. if you would like to try out the v7 in BETA, it is already available https://forum.eset.com/topic/34778-eset-cyber-security-7-beta-for-macos-with-completely-new-architecture-is-available/
