joloriquelme 1
Hi, Today I created a new installer using our on-premise PROTECT server/console (latest version). I copied the .EXE to an endpoint for manual install, but inmediately Windows Defender (who is activated) detected the following malware and blocked the file: Win32/Wacatac.B!ml Strange thing is, I copied the .EXE to my own personal computer (non-work related) and NOD32 didn't detect anything. Please help or clarify. Regards.
itman 1,746
It might be a WD false positive. Submit the .exe to VirusTotal: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload to determine detection rate by other AV vendors.
