Cannot Login to ESET HOME to Manage Subscriptions

My license has expired today and I'm trying to log in to adjust one of my licenses from a computer not currently used. However, upon trying to go login through Chrome to my ESET HOME account, it freezes up and drops an error 404 almost immediately. What is the cause of this?

Also please check if the issue occurs with other browsers and on other devices you may have.
