PTDI 0
Hello all, We had set up ESA in a Windows AD Domain Controller, and MFA for login on endpoints was working fine, both when loging in from inside and outside the LAN of the AD. We were using Push and OTP for the MFA. Later we setup an Untangle server, with firewall, application control, web filtering, VPN, etc, and we lost Push functionality. We keep getting the following errors: "An unknown error occurred during sending the push notification. Server: xxx" "Unable to send push notification to user 'nnn' Server: xxx" We have been opening and forwarding ports to the server, and testing with NTRadPing, but with no success, even after the update to the ESA 3.0.63. Does someone have information that can help us? Thank you
ESET Staff IggyPop 16 Posted November 14, 2022 ESET Staff Share Posted November 14, 2022 (edited) Hi @PTDI, recently we have added another datacenter for the provisioning layer. I would recommending adding new Ports and Addresses to your rules. For more please see https://support.eset.com/en/kb332-ports-and-addresses-required-to-use-your-eset-product-with-a-third-party-firewall#esa. Let me know if this has helped out your issue. Thanks, Ingemar Edited November 15, 2022 by IggyPop
