Error policy

Hi. After updating the configuration settings in ESET Protect Console, I have a problem with editing and setting policies for Endpoints and for servers. These are Configuration module updates in versions: 2042D [?] and 2046D. There are no correct menu names in the firewall settings, so there is no way to save the policy.

I assume that you received a development version of the CE module 2046D which can be seen in the screenshot and ESET PROTECT is installed on a Windows machine. This module has not been released yet and you probably received it from technical support to check if it fixes certain issues. It probably also contained new settings with strings defined in the latest version of the Translation support module.

Please make sure that you don't have any dll files in the root of the C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Modules folder. Dll files must reside in subfolders, e.g. C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Modules\em039_64\1954\em039_64.dll. You should not have any module with "D" in the name installed permanently unless the server is installed in a testing environment.
