Can't activate after uninstallation

Hello,

I just have uninstall my eset security to reinstall it cleanly. And now I can't activate it (public key : 3AP-2MR-TJB). I have unregister the old computer Eset Home and the error code is ACT.33.

Could someone help me ?

The license was sold in Afghanistan but you seem to be from France. Please purchase a license from an authorized ESET reseller or distributor.

I have 1 licence  for 2  devices,  one in the uk and the  other in USA, My question is this in the event of  change of device or  clean installation  of o/s  of the USA based device  how would i need to proceed to  re-activate  the licence on that  device? Assuming it would be different to if the same was required with the device in the uk?

The licence was purchased from eset uk
