ESET Protect alert eset configuration module has malfunctioned

Dear ESET Support Team,

On my eset protect see the alert eset configuration module has malfunctioned in one client.

what is the problem with eset agent on the client? how can fix it?

Do you have this 7,3 MB file on the client? C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Modules\em039_64\1953\em039_64.dll

Does the problem go away after restarting the managing agent service?
