Administrator user blocked

Good afternoon dear colleagues! I have a blocking issue on my Administrator user in Eset Protect Cloud. I eatdouble factor recognition on my account, and for reasons of error in the double factor and failed login attempts my Administrator user is blocked. I wonder how I perform the unlocking of it via shell. I'll leave here an image, but it's Portuguese Brazil.
