Outlook plugin does not work

Please do the following:

  1. Make sure that you have the latest version of EIS 16.0.22 installed.
  2. With Outlook not running, enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  3. Launch Outlook and mark a message as spam to reproduce the issue
  4. Close Outlook
  5. Stop logging
  6. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
