ESET PROTECT Cloud 4.0 has been released and is available for use.

Upgrade to Latest Version

ESET will be upgrading customers from ECA to ESET PROTECT Cloud from November 3, 2022 to November 17, 2022. During your product upgrade, the cloud service will be unavailable and you can expect a very short (less than 15 minutes) outage of your cloud instance; however, your environment will remain protected .

New customers will not be affected, as a newly generated instance would be on the latest version from the very first moment.

The security of the network will be not affected during upgrade.
