Product Mail Notification Endpoint for Windows

Hello;
I realized that I don’t get all the notifications from my eset products.
Example: I disable the protection of an equipment, I do not receive an email alert.
Yet I enabled the notifications as on the attachment.
My clients are in Eset Endpoint Security V9.1.2060.0 with ESET PROTECT (Server) console, Version 9.1 (9.1.1295.0).
Yet I get some notifications like Web Blocker alerts.
Can you help me?

Here you can check if the desired notifications are selected for forwarding:

If so and you are not receiving any, please open a support ticket for further troubleshooting.
