ESET 6.11.404.0 issue with macOS Ventura

I have a serious issue with eset 6.11.404.0 and Ventura.

I remove eset, and then reinstall the last version.

Always asking for total access to the drive.

In System preferences, eset cybersecurity pro and eset real-time file system protection are both allowed to access all the drive.

Have any solution?
