Suspicious werfault.exe connections

Hello!
some computers show suspicious connections to the address 20.189.173.20:443 via the werfault.exe application. The address links to Microsoft Corporation. With this connection, the Command Line is started
-u -p 3384 -s 3920. Alert appears randomly on some computers. Has anyone ever encountered a similar problem? Unfortunately, I don't know whether to treat this as a normal call or something suspicious.

I assume it's DrWatson reporting data about a crash to Microsoft after a crash of an application.
