Trojan keeps on attacking- how to completely block it?

Hello,

We have a notification that ESET has detected Trojan and is resolved, because it got deleted, but it keeps on happening again and again everyday.

How can I completely block that file\email, so it will not even show in eset?

It's detected as File, and under Scan it says "Email application filter"
