Microsoft Filtering Services Down after ESMX Install

hi, I have question about ESMX, after ESMX installed on my Exchange, Microsoft Filtering Services turn down, it´s normal? ESET took control of this services? , please help with this question.

According to developers, EMSX merely restarts the MSExchangeTransport service on start or upon saving settings which is done quickly. Please open a support ticket since further troubleshooting and logs will be needed.
