Good day. I paid for the product ESET through the web site in Azerbaijan, but after the payment i didn't receive any confirmation email or email with activation code. Also i tried to contact local distributor and already created 2 tickets using the web page but still no answer from them. I've got a receipt, so can provide it if needed.

It is necessary to contact the seller. You can check https://eset.az/az if the distributor has a phone contact and call them. If you don't get a response after 3-4 work days, provide me with the ticket number.

Good day. There is no phone number on their web page. The only way to contact them is using support desk. My ticket was registered on 12.10 and still no answer. Ticket number is 0001498568

Good day. still can't reach our local support team and no news from their side.

Did you use a different email address than gXXXd.kXXXXXv@outlook.com when purchasing the license? I'm asking since there is no license registered to this email address so unless you used a different one you shouldn't have been charged.
