Offline Repository EULA Problem

Hello,

I need create an offline repository for an intranet area. 

When I download offline repository with Mirror tools, It doesn't download EULAs. Can you check my filters and commads?

It's filter.txt

It's command for Download.

MirrorTool.exe --repositoryServer AUTOSELECT ^ --intermediateRepositoryDirectory C:\OfflineRepo\Intermediary ^ --outputRepositoryDirectory C:\OfflineRepo\Repo ^ --filterFilePath filter.txt

My offline repository running. But I can't download offline package for I can't accept EULA

How can I download EULA's

Honestly, I'm not sure if the mirror tool should download EULA or not, however, there is an open ticket for developers with this. We'll keep you posted.
