Error MSI.1923

I'm trying to install Eset Internet security on old laptop with Windows 8.1, but it always ends with error MSI.1923.

I found some solutions here on forum, but none has helped.

The service "ESET Service" (ekrn) could not be installed. Check that you have the appropriate rights to install system services.

Please provide a Procmon log from installation along with fresh ELC logs collected afterwards.

I tried to install with 'run as administrator', but it failed again.

Here are logs from Procmon and ESET Log Collector.

I used Eset uninstaller in safe mode and it helped. After that installation was succesful.
