Tonyset 4 Posted October 11, 2022 Share Posted October 11, 2022 Hi, I bought ESS and I wanted to install password manager, but I can't login, it tells me error password master or email, but they are correct because it is an archive created some time ago with the trial version. I also tried to reset and remove the license but nothing always gives me an error, whatever email I enter. how can I reset everything ?. Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted October 11, 2022 Administrators Share Posted October 11, 2022 If you have your recovery key, you can change the master password: If you don't have it, contact customer care with a request to delete your password store (you will lost saved passwords).
