Tonyset 4 Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 Hi, I bought ESS and I wanted to install password manager, but I can't login, it tells me error password master or email, but they are correct because it is an archive created some time ago with the trial version. Administrators Marcos 5,730 Posted October 11, 2022 Administrators Posted October 11, 2022 If you have your recovery key, you can change the master password: If you don't have it, contact customer care with a request to delete your password store (you will lost saved passwords). Then you'll be able to create a new password store associated with the same email address. Tonyset 1
