Hi, I bought ESS and I wanted to install password manager, but I can't login, it tells me error password master or email, but they are correct because it is an archive created some time ago with the trial version. I also tried to reset and remove the license but nothing always gives me an error, whatever email I enter. how can I reset everything ?.

If you have your recovery key, you can change the master password:

If you don't have it, contact customer care with a request to delete your password store (you will lost saved passwords). Then you'll be able to create a new password store associated with the same email address.

Hello, I had the password store associated with the email reset by the support, but it still gave me error, so I solved by creating a new account with a new e-mail.
