ESET Protect logs out randomly while browsing on the site

I set my auto logout time to maximum,  but ESET protect just logs me out in the middle of the work, just after I logged in. 

I can't tell when, looks totally random but I can guess I have never been logged in for more than 5 minutes.

After I installed the ova, I tried to install company https cert for the admin site, ended up changing wrong cert. Than I made a factory reset, and changed the cert in the right place I think. (in the tomcat config) but now this random logout happening.

Any idea how to resolve this?
