Lifting the embargo on Iran based on the 2nd order of the United States

Hi
Due to the recent events in Iran, the United States government implemented the D-2 order yesterday
In a part of the order, antivirus companies are allowed to provide services to Iran
I wanted to know if Eset can provide services to Iranians or not?

It appears that security software was never included in the original embargo/export directive.

Note that Eset is not a U.S. based company.

Eset is based in Slovakia. Its marketing practices are governed by that county's business restrictions and also those employed by the EU of which it is a member.

It appears Eset corporate has adopted a policy to unilaterally restrict sales to any country on U.S. embargo/export list. As such, GL D-2 would have no impact on this decision.
