Eonian 0 Posted September 22, 2022 Share Posted September 22, 2022 Im trying to setup Endpoint security for android and followed all the steps, im now at the point of 'activate device administrator' when i select activate it says 'because another app is displaying on top of these options, settings is unable to respond' Ive gone into the apps settings and turned off every app (other than eset) that writes over other apps, restarted the phone and it still says the same. Administrators Solution Marcos 5,069 Posted September 22, 2022 Administrators Solution Share Posted September 22, 2022 If there are no applications with screen overlay permission (Apps -> Special access -> Appear on top) and the warning is still displayed, please open a support ticket (ideally using the built-in form, if accessible). If you cannot create a ticket using the built-in form, make sure to include information about the brand and model of your mobile phone when creating a ticket via the web form.
