WIth Eset Nod32 scanning outgoing emails, I have the problem, that Outlook 2013 is not able to answer or to forward some specific emails. I have no idea, what is the issue about these emails. But if I try to answer or to forward one of the affected emails, it stucks in th outbox and outlook gives me an error message "Sending reported error (0x800CCC13): 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem'"

When I disable scanning outgoing emails within Nod32, then Outlook is able to send these emails.

I had this problem with Nod32 7.0.3xx allready. After updating to 8.0.301.3 it still persists.

Has anyone an idea, what's going wrong?

I think it Must be something about the header of those emails.

1. Even when I delete the complete content of the answered or forwarded email, it will not be sent.

2. all emails from one sender are affected.

Have you tried to disable Email client integration while scanning outgoing emails is enabled?

Yes. As long as Email client integration is disabled, outlook is able to send the emails, of course. After enabling the email client integration again, the problem is back if scanning outgoing emails is also enabled.
