Don't work copy database

Hi, i'm trying to restore a database copy made using mysql

Server version ESET PROTECT 8.0.2225.0

After installing the server again, i get an error:

Database backup is from version "-" which is not compatible with installed "8.0.2225.0". You need to perform upgrade to restore to this backup. Please deploy new appliance and restore the backup there before continuing with appliance configuration.

update doesn't work

I tried to restore the copy using mysql:

mysql -u root -p era_db < /home/mgr/era-backup.sql

at log i have:

2022-09-19 05:10:32 Error: Service [Thread 7f68ad515740]: [MySQL][ODBC 8.0(w) Driver][mysqld-5.6.50]PROCEDURE era_db.usp_stored_installers_load_all_valid does not exist (1305)

changing the driver version does not help

can't login to database console, throws an error:

Login failed: Connection has filed with state "Not connected"

please help
