edevmon.sys will not allow me to hook up usb device

i have viewed other threads but they were 5 to 6 years old. i have windows 11 im trying to hook up my phone through usb so i can access the usb card to put music on it and i have an error in my device manager driver details say it usb device descriptor failed edevmon.sys thats your .sys file right? how do i fix it or where can i download and update that sys file? i have eset version 15.2.17.0

any help would be appreciated thanks

Please carry on as follows:

1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
2. Connect the phone to your PC to reproduce the issue
3. Stop logging
4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector
5. Open a support ticket and supply ELC logs when asked by support personnel.
