Network isolation and Domain Controller

Hello!

I don't understand how ESET network isolation works. 

When I isolate PC from network, I still can logon on isolated PC using new creds, what confirms that connection between PC and domain controller still exists.

1. Why does isolated PC still keep network connection with Domain Controller?

2. Is there any list of ports/connection that keep going despite network isolation.

Allowed is the communication of erkn.exe, the managing agent, EI connector as well as the communication necessary for user login to the network.
