SeeeeS 0 Posted September 14, 2022 Posted September 14, 2022 Is it possible to control the ports in ESET Internet Security by a task schedule or command line or anything like that? So that I can automatically close or open specific ports at startup and shutdown of my PC. Thank you.
SeeeeS 0 Posted September 14, 2022 Author Posted September 14, 2022 For example, PC boots up, port opens to allow eset to update and so on, then port closes at specific time because of task scheduler.

SeeeeS 0 Posted September 14, 2022 Author Posted September 14, 2022 @Marcos Is it not possible to use command line to close or open a port right away? Without it being scheduled?
Administrators Marcos 5,725 Posted September 14, 2022 Administrators Posted September 14, 2022 You could enable advanced ecmd command as per https://help.eset.com/eis/15/en-US/?idh_config_ecmd.html to enable import of configuration via the command line.
