Eset agent cant comunicate with eset protect

Hello! In my eset protect local console dont show client pc agent. In attachment log from one of agent. What is my problem? From server pc can ping and from client pc also can ping.

The agent could not connect to the server on IP address 192.168.0.61.

What I need to do? Client pc can ping server pc.

I would recommend getting a Wireshark pcap log with the network communication captured after restarting the ESET management agent service. Please open a support ticket so that the case is properly tracked.

Problem solved. It was firewall who block incoming connection.
