ESET Linux Installer task not working

So its been almost 6-8 months eset linux jobs are not working (Not pushing antivirus to device) more endpoint is not available ?


Let me know if everyone is facing this issue or how to mitigate this I'm trying to install linux agent first with .sh script then I assigned task for av installer 

Need more updated documentation for ESET products the product is nice with some issues but support is very slow & not fixing issues timely I renew my licenses 02 month ago & not using full licenses due to these type of issues 😕 

OS : Ubuntu 21.04
Product : Eset protect cloud > Linux Av

First of all please make sure that you have a supported Linux distribution:

• Ubuntu Desktop 18.04 LTS 64-bit
• Ubuntu Desktop 20.04 LTS
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8 with supported desktop environment installed.
• SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 15

Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with same response then i switched to 21.04 for checking and got same experience

Removal ESET Agent commands also not working written in documents

I've tried installing the agent now on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS without issues, it started to report to ESET PROTECT instantly:

You can download the EEA v7 installer from https://repository.eset.com/v1/com/eset/apps/business/eea/linux/g2/v7/7.1.10.0/eea-7.1.10.0.x86_64.bin and install it manually:

I want to do this remotely to around 50 users so manual will not gonna work for me well

Issue fixed by installing v9 linux av via task with av link, OS Ubuntu 20.04
