ESET Secure Authentication - push problem

Hello!
There have been problems with ESET Secure Authentication since yesterday. When logging in, a push pops up in the application on the phone but the answer is not sent to the server. Only OTP works. Does anyone also have similar problems? Is it a global problem?

Is there any update on this issue yet, as we are also unable to add accounts to the Eset Authenticator mobile app on Android hence this is a big problem for our company as we can not onboard new users.

The issue has been pinpointed and addressed. The situation appears to have returned to normal and push authentication works. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue is back, no push, some waiting, only OTP. Please fix this, we've been using this product since 3 months and are already annoyed enough to look for alternatives.

Are you still having issues? We have been doing a quick maintenance recently which took a few minutes but it's over now.
