ThreatSenese parameters / Cleaning

hello,

I have all instances of "ThreatSenese parameters / Cleaning" set to "Ask user..." 

Yet, after full PC scan, 3 files were moved to Quarantine without any "ask user" prompt. ( some sort of spyware, only detected by ESET on Virus Total and nobody else...)

Why is that????

Verify that ThreatSense cleaning level for Malware scans is set to "Always as the end user" per below screen shot:

I'd also check if you set the cleaning option for the on-demand scanner profile that was actually used in the scan.
