Computer(Server2012) not shown in Protect Cloud, but in MSP Administrator

Hi,

 

i have two Hyper-V VMs (Server2012R2) installed with Eset Management Agent (9.1.1298.0) and Server Security (9.0.12013.0).

In the MSP Administrator I can see that both are using one license, 
but in Protect Cloud they don't show up. (Customer assignment is correct)

 

Why?

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log for possible errors.
