How I can restart a lot of computers that need to be restarted?

I manage the ESET Protect webconsole on a enterprise network, and each time that AV updates, the computers need to be restarted. The problem is a lot of employees never restart their computers, so when I want to restart the computers from webconsole, I need to select a lot of computers that no user is logged. My question is how I can select all the computers that no user is logged in my network?

I've had the same issue. I've started creating a scheduled task to reboot ours either late at night or early morning after an update.
