Hello

i have the Protect cloud solution

just installed a new endpoint, centos 7 server.

Installed products

ESET Server Security 9.0.461.0 Up-to-date version
ESET Management Agent 9.1.2304.0 Up-to-date version
 

DEvice is present in ESMC, but i have this error for this device

Real-time file system protection is non-functional. Try restarting your computer or reinstalling the ESET security product.

Can someone help?

According to https://help.eset.com/eeau/9/en-US/?system_requirements.html, only the following Linux distributions are supported:

  • Ubuntu Desktop 18.04 LTS 64-bit
  • Ubuntu Desktop 20.04 LTS
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8 with supported desktop environment installed
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 15
