Cannot find detection log in ESET Protect

I can see detection log on my customer's endpoint antivirus, however the Detections in ESET Protect is empty. This client machine is connecting to the ESET Protect.

I was unable to reproduce it with script scanner detections. Couldn't it be that you have some filters enabled in the ESET PROTECT console?
